Double circular arc gear is a style of gears, which has convex-concave tooth profile and work in high efficiency. The merit of double circular arc gear is that it has huge loading abilities, simply manufacturing process and low cost. By using Program of Pro/E, can receive the parametric designing of the double circular arc gear, in order to pave the way to research the double circular arc gear further.
