从选择同步带测长机中PLC的型号,以及测量的关键部件传感器的选择、设置及其采用的中断方式,特别是从光栅位移传感器和PLC相匹配的原则出发,对PLC进行改造,在实际应用中有效提高测长机的精度和效率。
By choosing the type of PLC, and setting the sensor that measuring key parts and the interrupt mode adopted, especially that the proper improvement to the PLC according to the match between raster displacement sensor and PLC, the accuracy and efficiency of the length-measuring machine were effectively enhanced.
