摘要
电寻址空间光调制器,是光学信息处理应用非常广泛的元器件,为光学信息处理提供了重要的手段。结合空间光调制器技术提出了一种实现云纹条纹倍增的新方法,该方法利用空间光调制器把试件栅数字图像信号转化为相干光信号,输入到傅立叶光学信息处理系统进行滤波以实现试件栅频率倍增,与像平面的参考栅叠加可得到了清晰的倍增云纹条纹图。该方法充分利用光学信息处理的优势,避免了传统光学倍增方法的不足,为用云纹法实现高分辨率测量提供了新的技术途径。
A new multiplication technique of Moire fringe using electric addressing spatial light modulator is developed. The digital images of specimen grating are converted into coherent signals using spatial light modulator and inputed into coherent light processing system. By implementing binary hole filtering on frequency -spectrum plane, the frequency of the specimen grating is multiplied and is used to interfere with the referece grating on the imageplane to form Moire fringe. The proposed technique takes full advantage of the virtues of optical signal processing, which overcomes the disadvanages of traditional multiplication technique of moire fringe and offer a new technique for improving the measurement sensitivity of moire method.
