摘要
[目的]探索适合在学前教育机构中应用预防儿童单纯性肥胖的途径和方法,以便形成医院、学前教育机构、家庭、学龄前儿童联合互动的模式。[方法]于2004年9月~2005年6月选择2所幼儿园分别为干预组和对照组,对2组儿童体格发育状况进行定期监测;对干预组儿童根据各年龄特点制定适量的活动及体育运动项目;并分别对幼儿园教师、保育员、营养员、家长及儿童进行反复的健康教育等综合干预。[结果]干预组肥胖儿童的体重增长得到一定控制;全体儿童的身高变化与对照组相一致;干预组肥胖和超重的流行变化比对照组理想;家长对健康育儿知识的认识显著提高。[结论]由医院专业人员指导,学前教育机构中的保教人员和家长共同参与,形成医院、学前教育机构、家庭、学龄前儿童联合互动的模式,最终达到把科学的生活方式和行为习惯融入幼儿一日生活的教育、游戏、进餐中,从而养成儿童良好的生活和行为习惯以减慢肥胖儿童的体重增长速度。
[Objective] To explore the appropriate intervention methods for obese children in preschool education institutions and form the interactive mode of hospitals, preschool education institutions, famlies and preschool children. [Methods] Two kindergartens in Putuo area were chosen and randomised to intervention group and control group respectively. All subjects received periodic physical development monitoring, while the ones of subjects intervention group were given added activities and physical exercises adaptive to their age; their teachers, child-care workers, nutrition workers and parents were also respectively given repetitive health education on obesity. [ Results] The weight was somewhat controlled in the intervention group; as to the height, there was no difference between two groups. The epedemic change of obesity and overweight in the intervention group was controlled better than the control one. The parents' knowledge on healthy caregiving was significantly improved. [Conclusions] BY forming an interactive mode of hospitals, preschool education institutions, families and preschool children under their co-participation and collaboration, it helps fuse scientific living styles and behaviour habits into young children's education, games and meals and therefore, helps slow down the speed of weight gain in obese children.
