摘要
基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,建立了板式和管式间接蒸发冷却器的数学物理模型,通过三维数值模拟得到了换热器一、二次空气通道的速度场、温度场和浓度场的分布。对比并分析了两种类型的蒸发冷却器性能,结果表明板式间接蒸发冷却器的换热面积大,换热效率和火用效率均高于管式。通过性能分析可为进一步进行换热器的优化设计提供理论基础。
Based on the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), the mathematical models of plate type and tube type of indirect evaporative cooler have been established. The distributions of the pressure, the temperature and concentration field in the primary and secondary air channels are obtained by three-dimensional numerical simulation. Performance of the two types of indirect evaporative cooler is analyzed. The results show that the heat transfer area of indirect evaporative cooler in plate type is large, the heat transfer efficient and exergy efficient are higher than tube type. Performance analysis provides theoretical proof for structural optimum.
