摘要 为了克服测试方法和测试人员给绝缘耐压测试结果带来的误差,提出了一种智能化多路绝缘耐压自动测试系统的设计方法。介绍了该系统的工作原理、硬件组成及软件实现。系统采用上、下位机形式构建,上位机采用可视化强的VB6.0进行数据管理与分析软件设计;下位机通过单路程控绝缘耐压测试仪进行测试所需应力施加和信号采集,并利用PLC根据优化控制算法进行测试通道的选择。长期现场运行表明:系统具有操作简单、人机化程度高、性能稳定、测试结果准确、故障诊断快速等特点。 For overcoming the error brought by testers and testing methods in course of testing insulation and resisting voltage, the design method is put forward, which is used for the intelligent multi-circuit automatic test system for insulation and resisting voltage, The working principle, the composition of hardware and the realization of software are introduced. The system is established with supervision PC and slave computers. In supervision PC, software of data management and analysis is designed with VB6.0, the slave computer imposes the testing stress and collects data with the single-circuit instrument for insulation and resisting voltage, and chooses test channels with PLC by optimizing control algorithm. Long-term field operation shows that the system features simple operation, good man-machine conversation, stable performance, accurate measuring result and fast fault diagnosis.
