摘要
在分析温度传感器工作机理的基础上,采用软测量的思想对改善温度传感器动态特性进行了研究。该方法利用热力学基本理论建立温度传感器软测量模型和理论分析测量模型,说明软测量方法提高温度传感器动态特性的原理及可行性,最后用分析解法对模型进行数值求解,给出数值模拟结果。结果表明:软测量方法能够实现由温度传感器测得的温度推算出被测温度,即提高温度传感器动态响应特性,从而扩大常规温度传感器的使用范围,节约成本。
On the basis of the analysis for the working principle of temperature sensors, the improvement of dynamic characteristic of the temperature sensor is studied by using the concept of soft-sensing method. With this method, corresponding soft-sensing model of temperature sensor is built by adopting basic theory of thermodynamics. The sensing model is analyzed theoretically,which indicates the principle and feasibility of the concept, i.e. improving dynamic characteristic of temperature sensor with soft-sensing method. The numerical simulation results are given by adopting analytical method to carry out numerical solution for the model. The results show it is possible to calculate the measured temperature with the temperature given by the sensor, i.e. improving dynamic response characteristic of temperature sensor, thus it is able to extend applicable scope of normal temperature sensor and to lower the cost.
