摘要
对一种可用于配电自动化管理的基于智能通信控制器的主从式DCS系统进行了研究和设计。采用工业PC(IPC)作为上下位机,并使用7521智能模块来控制RS-485网络进行通信。同时研究了其中的智能通信控制器的特点和命令使用方法,设计了上下位机的通信程序及程序流程图,并进行了抗干扰措施的分析说明。结果证明了系统运行稳定可靠、数据传送量大、编程简单,可维护性和可扩充性都较强。显示了智能通信控制器在远程监控领域中广阔的应用前景。
A kind of DCS system that is based on intelligent communication controller and can be used in the power distribution automation management is researched and designed. Industrial personal computers (IPC) are used as the host and slave computers. RS-485 network communication is controlled by 7521 intelligent module. In addition, the features of intelligent communication controller and the use of commands are researched, and the communication program and flowchart between host and slave computers are designed, the anti-interference methods are also analyzed and described. The tests demonstrate that the system is stable, reliable, and able to transfer high-capacity data, as well as owns high maintainability and expansibility, and the programming is simple. These all reveals the widely applicable prospect of intelligent communication controller in remote monitoring fields.
