摘要 提出了特种含能材料制造工业ERP/MES/PCS三层体系结构MES系统的任务,构造了MES系统的8个可动态重组功能模块和一系列的业务流程,各功能模块与企业管理、先进过程控制体系协同运作,实现了特种含能材料产品的多品种小批量的敏捷制造.此设计总体考虑企业管理和控制,完整地实现了企业管控一体化的信息化建设,具有一定的推广应用价值。 The task of ERP/MES/PCS, the three-layer architecture of MES system in manufacturing industry of special energetic materials is proposed. Eight of the dynamic reconstructed functional blocks and a series of business processes in MES are structured. By coordinating each functional block and enterprise management, as well as advanced process control arehitecturc i the agile manufacturing of small batches and varieties of special energetic materials is implemented. The design integrated overall process control and enterprise management, the integrated information construction of management and control is accomplished completely. The method is worth to be propagated.
