Analysis on the Developmental Strategy of Chinese Adult Higher Education

我国目前成人高等教育现状不容乐观,存在着配套制度不完善、专业设置欠佳、缺乏系统有效的培养方案、理论基础较薄弱等问题。解决这些问题的根本要从发展战略上作出调整,从以质取胜,提高教育教学与人才培养质量入手,以打造学校核心竞争力、形成优势与集成发展态势为核心,逐步形成学科比较优势与群体优势。

It is unoptimistic of the present situation of adult higher education in our country given its imperfect system,unsatisfactory speciality arrangement,deficient system raise plan,weak rationale basis and so on. In order to solve these problems, it＇s necessary to make the adjustment radically from the developmental strategy,to enhance the education teaching and personnel training. Therefore,it will gradually form the discipline comparison superiority and the community superiority as the core competitive power of school, the superiority and the integrated development situation.
