西北地区人才资源开发与经济增长——面板数据的实证分析

Development of Human Resources and Economic Development in Northwest Region

人才资源日益成为知识经济时代的经济增长驱动力,但我国人才资源开发过程中的区域不平衡使得这种驱动力在国内各地区的表现差异巨大。为了分析人才资源对欠发达西北地区经济增长的促进作用,本文估算了该地区人才资本存量,建立了纳入人才资本的新古典增长函数,运用基于面板数据的多元回归分析发现,该地区人才资本存量与经济增长存在显著正相关。人才资源通过对生产的内生性、外生性作用对经济的长期增长产生重要作用。

Human resources has gradually become the driving force of economic development. However, the unbalanced development of human resources makes this driving force show the great difference among different regions. In order to investigate enhancement of human resources in economic development in Northwest region, this paper, based on multi-regression analysis, finds out that there is significant positive relationship between capital quantity of human resources and economic development.
