金氰化尾渣回收铅银提高精矿品位的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 由于氰渣选铅银原品位下降,铅精矿品位低。对浮选精矿采用高矿浆浓度下添加A剂预先搅拌处理-浮精低浓度再选工艺,可有效消除泡沫发粘的负面影响,提高精矿质量,该工艺投产后铅精品位提高了9.44%,铅回收率提高了12%,银回收率提高了20.17%,全年增效90万元以上,取得了较好的经济效益。 Original grade of cyanided gold tailings containing lead and silver deteriorated, resulting in low grade of lead concentrate. Therefore, an experiment research was carried out. As for the flotation concentrate, A reagent was added and premixed in high slurry density, the concentrate was reconcentrated in low density. The process could effectively eliminate large froth viscosity and increase concentrate quality. After commissioning of the process, the lead concentrate grade increased by 9.44% and recovery increased by 12%. The silver recovery increased by 20.17% and annual benefit increased RMB over 900000 yuan. Better economic benefits were achieved.
