中国保险业人力资源现状与对策——兼论保险教育的发展方向

The Current HR Situations of the Insurance Industry and Suggested Measures——The Direction of Insurance Education

为了促进保险业又好又快地发展,必须进一步强化人才资源是第一资源和核心资源的观念,切实加强人才队伍建设。目前,中国保险业在人力资源方面仍然面临人才数量相对不足、人员素质总体偏低、人员结构亟待优化、人才流动亟待规范等比较突出的矛盾和问题,在很大程度上制约了保险业的持续快速健康发展,必须采取措施努力加以解决。加强保险教育是解决保险业人才问题的根本出路。应大力普及保险知识,改进学校教育和学历教育,促进继续教育和职业培训健康发展,建立和规范保险专业资格认证体系,建立和完善多元化、多层次的保险教育培训体系,切实发挥监管机构、大专院校、保险社团和保险公司在教育培训方面的主渠道作用。

We must further reinforce the concept that human resources are the No. 1 and core resources in our endeavors for faster and better development of the insurance industry. The insurance in China is still plagued by lack of professionals and the relatively low quality of the insurance practitioners on the whole. We should lose no time to optimize the HR structure of the industry and to regularize the issue of turnover, beth of these issues being the most prominent problems. Enhancing insurance education is undoubtedly the fundamental wayout to solve the people issue. We should spare no efforts to popularize insurance knowledge, reform school education and diploma - oriented education, develop continuous education and vocational training, establish and regularize professional credential certification system of the industry, develop and improve a diversified and multi-level insurance education and training system. The insurance regulator, colleges and universities, insurance associations and insurance companies should play the key role in the insurance education and training field.
