The development of market makes higher requests to adult higher education management. The low benefit is a difficult problem to which our adult higher education management faces. So having the consciousness of benefit theory is very necessary. This paper analyzes the connotation, necessity and problems of benefit theory, and then tries to put a few countermeasures for it.
