摘要
用水蒸汽蒸馏法得到辽宁木香的挥发油，得油率为２．１％。利用ＧＳ／ＭＳ联用法分析鉴定出２２种化合物，用峰面积归一化法通过ＨＰ－５９９７０Ｃ化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量。
he essential oil of the Radix aucklandiae was seperated by steam distillation. The content of the essential oil was 2.1 wt %. Twenty two kinds of chemical constituents were identified by using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. Every chemical constituent percent content in the essential oil was obtained using area normalization method of HP 59970 chemstation.
