摘要
特殊教育师资缺乏是美国特殊教育近二十年来面临的一大问题。我国已有的相关研究,大多注重介绍美国特殊教育的成功经验,相对忽视其特殊教育迅速发展过程中出现的问题和矛盾。本文以来自美国官方机构和组织所公布的资料和数据为基础,对其特教师资缺乏的现状及原因进行了分析,对美国政府和各州采取的相应对策进行了阐释。
The shortage of Special Education Teacher is a huge problem faced by the American special education since the last two decades. While there are related studies in China, these studies mainly focus on the suetess of the American special education rather than the problems and conflicts arisen due to its rapid development. Based on the information and data provided by the American official organizations and institutions, we investigated the cause of shortage of these teachers. The policies adopted by US federal government and states in handling this problem were also explained.
