地铁前期工作对地铁造价的影响分析

简要介绍了我国地铁的建设现状及地铁工程建设的几个主要阶段。通过对我国主要城市地铁投资情况的数据进行比较和分析,得出我国部分主要城市的地铁工程前期投资状况。透过案例,着重分析了地铁前期规划阶段包括制定线网规划、制定地铁线路沿线土地利用,以及控制性详细规划、客流预测、确定线路敷设方式等各项工作;同时,深入剖析了前期各项工作对地铁造价的不同影响方式和影响程度,并在此基础上有针对性地提出了一些降低前期投资的方法和建议。

This article gives a brief introduction to the current state and main phases of metro construction in our country. Through comparison and analysis of investment data of major cities of China, the metro prophase investment status is obtained for part of the principal cities. An analysis is emphatically performed through case study on the metro prophase planning stage including all kind of work such as line network planning, land utilization along the metro route, detailed planning of a governing nature, passenger flow forecast, and determination of type of track laying. In the meantime, it also makes a deep analysis of the different types and extent of impacts of all the preliminary work on the metro construction cost, based on which the article further brings forth some methods and proposals to reduce the prophase investment of metro construction.
