根据宁启铁路通信工程项目管理经验,介绍铁路通信项目加强成本控制的10个途径,其分别为:成本管理要以人为本;开拓市场,从外部挖潜,提高整体效益;认真会审图纸,提出有科学依据的合理化建议,争取得到业主和设计单位的认同;优化项目施工组织设计和资源配置;动态控制;控制工程直接成本;控制工程的间接成本;加强质量管理,控制工程质量成本;加强安全管理,控制安全事故对工程成本的影响;加强合同管理,做好调概索赔工作。
