烃类自热转化工艺的混合器技术开发应用剖析

Technical Development,Application and Analysis for Mixers of Hydrocarbon Self-Heating Reformation Process

介绍了国内外烃类自热转化技术的工艺过程和工业应用潜力;论述了自热转化炉反应器的优化设计和工业试验过程;分析了混合器(烧嘴)的设计特点、燃烧特性和设计注意事项;通过工业生产应用实例,阐述了传统二段炉气体混合器的选型原则,对我国工业生产中采用的混合器的结构形式和改进措施进行了对比、分析和总结。

Process Flow ＆ Industrial Application Potentiality were introduced for hydrocarbon self-heating reformation technology at home and abroad ; design for self-heating reformer reactor and its industrial test process were discussed ; design features, combustion characteristics and attention mat- ters for design of mixer（burner） were analyzed; through the application example in industrial production, selection principle was described for gas mixer of traditional secondary reformer; comparison, analysis and summarization were made for the structure type of mixer used in industrial production of China and for its improvement measures.
