摘要
概述了中国低温肉制品的生产现状,分析了低温肉制品在发展过程中遇到的各类问题,并提出了解决的对策以及今后主要的发展方向,对低温肉制品在中国市场的开发和发展前景具有一定的参考意义。
This article briefly summarized the producing situation and the problems occurred during the development of the low-temperature meat products in China. The strategies and main research direction in the future were also pointed out ,which provide certain reference meaning for further exploitation and development of low- temperature meat products.
