两种聚乙烯电缆护套料的热分解动力学研究及比较

摘要 利用热重分析仪(TGA)研究了分别采用国内技术和国外技术生产的牌号为DH170T和TR2000的两种聚乙烯(PE)电缆护套料的热分解行为,运用动力学方法计算了它们的活化能,并画出了它们的寿命图。结果表明:与TR2000相比,国产电缆护套料DH170T的热分解反应阻力大、反应速度慢,因而寿命更长。 The thermo decomposition behaviors of PE cable sheath material DH170T produced by domestic companies and TR2000 produced by foreign technologies were studied with TGA, and their activation energy were calculated with dynamics method, in addition, the life fatigue diagram was drew. Result showed that the thermo decomposition reaction of DH170T had higher resistance ,lower reacting rate and longer service life than TR2000.
