摘要
以乙醇/水为溶剂提取茶叶中的多酚类物质,滤液用5%的NaCl盐析,然后用乙酸乙酯萃取.在单因素实验的基础上,利用Box-Behnken的中心组合设计,通过响应面分析实验优化提取条件,确定在固液比为1∶15的条件下,茶多酚最佳浸提条件:乙醇浓度为58.1%,浸提温度61.7℃,浸提次数2次,每次23.9 min.
In this paper, tea- polyphenols was extracted from tea by ethanol/water, after salting out by 5% NaC1, the solution was extracted by ethyl acetate on the basis of the single factor experiments, Box - Behnken central composition design and Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the conditions, which are 58.1% of the ethanol content, 61.7 ℃ of the temperature, 2 times of extraction, 23.9 min of and 1 : 15 of the ratio of material to ethanol/water every time.
