摘要
探讨了利用纳滤浓缩技术浓缩红曲色素乙醇提取液,以替代传统真空蒸发浓缩的技术的可行性.并对纳滤浓缩的工艺条件进行了优化研究.结果表明,对于选用的NANOMAX-50纳滤膜,最优浓缩工艺条件为:压力1.0~1、5MPa,温度25~30℃,进料流量大于300L/h,按此条件可溶性固形物可从4%浓缩至20%以上.与传统的红曲色素提取液蒸发浓缩比较,纳滤浓缩可显著缩短浓缩时间,色素几乎没有损失、但纳滤不能完全去除乙醇成分,因此设计出纳滤浓缩和真空蒸发除残留乙醇相结合的红曲色素提取新工艺.新工艺为红曲色素产业化生产提供了新途径.
The feasibility of nanofihration technique substitution for traditional vacuum evaporation in monascus pigment concentration was studied in this paper. The results showed that for NANOMAX -50 membrane, soluble solid can improve from 4% to above 20% with 1.0 - 1.5 MPa, 25 - 30 ℃ and feed flow rate exceeded 300 L/h. Nanofihration can obviously shorten the concentration time compared the vacuum distillation concentration, and no pigment loss. Since nanofihration can not remove ethanol completely, the new technology combining nanofihration concentration with vacuum envaporation was designed. The new technology can provide a novel and efficient route for monascus pigment production in large scale.
