摘要 目的:探讨兔室颤动物模型复苏早期血浆TNF-α和内皮素(ET)水平的变化及意义。方法:20只试验用兔,随机分为2组,复苏组用电击法建立兔室颤模型后,行标准复苏,对照组麻醉后待测,测量对照组和复苏组室颤前、复苏后30、60、120、180、240min6个时间检测点血浆TNF-α及ET的水平。结果:复苏组复苏后30min血浆TNF-α水平开始升高,复苏后120min达到峰值,与对照组比较具有显著差异(P<0.01);复苏后60min血浆ET水平明显升高(P<0.05),于复苏后180min出现最高峰值,和对照组比较均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:心脏骤停复苏后的全身性缺血-再灌注病理生理过程可能与血ET、TNF-α含量变化有关。 Objective.To investigate the changes of plasma levels of TNF-αand endothelin (ET) in rabbit model of ventricular fibrillation during the early stage of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its clinical significance. Methods: Twenty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, control group and resuscitation group. Ventricular fibrillation models were established by electrical shock and standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed. Plasma levels of ET and TNF-α were measured before resuscitation and 30min, 60min, 120min, 180rain and 240min after resuscitation. Results; TNF-α level reached its peak value at 120 minutes after resuscitation. began to increase at 30 minutes after resuscitation, and Compared with those of the control group, there were significant differences (P〈0. 01) . Endothelin level increased significantly 60 minutes after resuscitation (P〈0. 05), and reached its peak value at 180 minutes after resuscitation, there was also significant difference compared with that of control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Changes of plasma TNF-α and ET levels in rabbits may play an important role in the pathophysiological process of ischemic-reperfusion after cardiac resuscitation.
