摘要
在当代经济体制中,民营经济是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,其发展速度越来越受到人力资源管理的影响。因此民营企业的人力资源管理不完善是严重制约企业发展的一个重大问题,其中,“以人为本”思想更应广泛得以提倡。
Nowadays, private-owned economic is an important part of our country's national economic. But the speed of its development is more and more influenced by human resources, with the process of global economic integration and our country being a member of WTO. So the incomplete human resources management is becoming a prominent problem in the development of enterprises run by the local people. The paper discusses the spirits of people--oriented as one part of human resources management.
