摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/有机蒙脱土(Org-MMT)纳米复合材料。用X射线衍射和透射电镜对PVC/Org-MMT的结构进行了表征,着重研究了PVC/Org-MMT的流变行为。结果表明:纳米复合材料的流变曲线呈幂律关系,且具有较强的切力变稀行为;非牛顿指数n随温度的增加而增大,恒温下随Org-MMT含量的增加n逐渐减小;表观黏度略有增加,其对温度的依赖性符合Arrhenius-Eyring方程。
The PVC and org-MMT composites are prepared by melting blending. The structure of the PVC and org-MMT is characterized by X-ray and transmission electron microscopy, and the emphasis on the rheological behavior of PVC/org-MMT compound has been studied. The results show that the rheological curve of nano-composite appears the power-law relation and has the behavior of so-called"shear-rate-increase-viscosity-drop"; the non-Newtonian index n increases with the increase of temperature; n decreases with increasing org-MMT at constant temperature; the apparent visconsity increases slightly, the dependence of which on temperature is consisted with Arrhenius-Eyring equation.
