我国高等职业技术教育的人才培养目标多年来一直处在变化不定之中,从开始提出的“技术型人才”、“应用型人才”到后来的“实用型人才”,再到现在提出的“高技能人才”。这样的人才培养目标都只是概括了一方面,不能突出高等职业的教育的本质属性,又与其他类型的人才培养目标相互混淆。只有对高职教育的人才培养目标有一个准确的认识,才有利于高等职业教育的健康和谐地发展。

The talent trainning objectives of higher vocational education is indefinite from ＂technical talent＂, ＂applicational talent＂ to ＂practical talent＂ and now ＂high craftsmanship＂. These talent trainning objectives includes one sides that cann＇t point out essence attribute of higher vocational education and confusion with objectives of other talent trainning objectives. We need an exact understand about talent trainning objectives of higher vocational education that would help to developing higher vocational education finely and harmony.
