学校管理本质上是“育人的管理”。职业院校通过管理人员认真的工作态度和扎实的工作作风,结合各自工作岗位,主动对学生进行思想教育和行为示范,潜移默化地影响学生,寓育人于管理中,引导学生健康成长。

The management colleges is actually the ＂education through management＂. College education is done through the personnel or staff in different positions by their attentive attitude towords their work and their solid work style. The managerial personnels＇active and patient education and good deeds will play an exaplary role for the students, which will exert an imperceptible influence on the students and thus achieve the goal of educating them and in this way help the students grow up healthily.
