20世纪90年代以来,我国公立高校收费成为热点问题,研究文献也呈现上升趋势。研究的内容集中体现在高等学校学费的构成、收费的理论基础和必要性、收费引发的问题以及如何解决这些问题等方面。目前,高校收费的理论基础和必要性已经基本清晰,关键是如何确定生均成本和分担比例和规范收费。

The tuition collection of China＇s public universities has been a hot issue since 1990s, and the related researching papers have been increasing. The main content focus on the component, theoretic and necessary of tuition collection, the arising problems and how to resolve the problems. The reason and necessary for collecting tuition has already been resolved. At present, the key point is how to confirm and share average student cost, and regulate tuition collection.
