高职院校教师:在自主发展中创新

摘要 创新人才的培养,必须依赖一支具有创新精神、创新能力和创新水平的教师队伍。本文从高职院校师资这一层面切入,分析高职院校教师在创新教育中的困境以及自主发展与创新相互相承的关系,探讨高职教师自主发展对教师职业自我的促进与激励,寻求高职院校在创新教育中的困境突围。 A teaching force of creative spirit, capability and ability is the key in educating creative students. The paper looks at the dilemma in which higher vocational teachers are now trapped, and discusses the relation between self-motivated development and creativity.
