摘要
目的介绍我院自主研发的临床医师绩效评价系统在现代医院管理中的应用经验。方法基于医院信息系统的数据资源库,应用临床医师绩效评价系统促进病人选医生工作、开展临床医师绩效评价工作、辅助医院医疗管理工作。结果通过临床医师绩效评价系统的应用,促进了医院社会效益、经济效益和管理效益的全面提高。结论临床医师绩效评价系统的应用能够促进医患关系、提高医疗质量和加强科学管理。
Objective To introduce the experience of applying the Achievement Evaluation System about Clinician developed by ourselves in modem hospital management. Methods Based on the database of HIS, the Achievement Evaluation System about Clinician can offer more information to the patlent-chooslng-doctor service, carry out the movement of evaluating the achievement of the clinician effectively and promote the level of medical management in hospital. Results The social effects, economic returns and management efficiency of the hospital are overall raised by applying the system. Conclusion The application of the system can improve the doctor-patient relationship,elevate the medical treatment quality and strength scientific management.
