创建学习型医院是现代医院可持续发展的必然要求,是许多医院管理者关注和正在探索的重要课题。文章以湖南省儿童医院图书馆2002年到2006年期间的一些统计数据为依据,介绍了该院以图书馆为平台,在倡导个体学习、营造学习氛围等方面来创建学习型医院的一些具体做法和成效。

It is necessary to set up a learning organization for modem hospitals to realize sustainable development,and it is also a focus area that many hospital managers are probing into and pay high attention to. Through enumerating the statistic data of library of Hunan Children＇s Hospital from 2002 to 2006,The article introduced the measures about how to put the library as the platform,to spark plug the individual to study,to construct a learning environment,etc. So as to set up the learning hospital progressively.
