神经网络在电力企业安全文化评价专家系统中的应用

Application of Neural Network to Electricity Utilities’ Safety Culture Evaluation Expert System

建立了适合中国电力企业实际情况的安全文化评价体系,并将网络数据库技术和人工神经网络相结合,开发了电力企业安全文化评价专家系统。对比神经网络的输出结果和专家的评价意见,验证了该专家系统评价的正确性。某大型电力集团下属的9个电厂的实际应用情况表明,该系统能自动完成现场调查、统计分析和评价工作,并能完成题库管理、调查对象管理、调查问卷生成与管理等功能,系统构成灵活,使用方便,便于携带,达到了实际工程应用的水平。

The evaluation model and indexes for Chinese electricity utilities＇ safety culture are proposed. Based on the network database technology and artificial neutral network, the safety culture evaluation expert system is developed. Applications of this expert system in nine electricity utilities show that, this expert system can perform survey, statistics, analysis and evaluation automatically, and it is configured and used conveniently.
