摘要 研究了用活性炭固载磷钨酸催化合成己二酸二丁酯的反应。考察了催化剂固载量、催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应时间、带水剂用量对酯化率的影响,并结合正交试验得到了反应的最佳条件。结果表明:活性炭固载磷钨酸是合成己二酸二丁酯的有效催化剂。在n(己二酸):n(正丁醇)=1:3.5,催化剂用量1.5g,反应时间3.0h,带水剂环己烷10mL,反应温度96~108℃的优化条件下,酯化率可达97.2%,催化剂可重复使用。 The reaction of the synthesis of dibutyl adipate catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid supported on activated carbon was studied. The influencing factors were discussed by single and orthogonal experiments and the appropriate conditions were found out. The results indicated that phosphotungstic supported on activated carbon was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing dibutyl adipate. The extent of the esterification can reach 97.2 % under the optimum conditions as follows: molar ratio of adipic acid to n-butanol 1 : 3.5, amount of catalyst 1.5 g, reaction time 3.0 h, taking water reagent 10 mL and reaction temperature 96-108 ℃.
