Now CAD/CAM software has been widely applied in electronic industry, the problem for electronics assembly to solve is how to export necessary data used for the production from CAD/CAM software, establish an organic information connection and share between the CAD design system and automatic manufac- ture equipments, raise the efficiency and quality of electronics manufacture. The article takes the author＇s experience as a example, introduces some sample techniques about CAD/CAM software applied in electronic assembly.
