摘要
通过对近20年上海港集装箱流量和流向结构的系统分析,认为其运输功能大致经历了集装箱喂给港和集装箱枢纽港基本成型两个阶段,并从影响其功能变化的国家政策、港口腹地、依托城市、国际航运市场四方面因素进行了初步探讨;从系统综合的视角讨论了上海国际航运中心建设的主要对策措施,即加快与周边港口的协作、整合长江沿线港口以及推进长江深水航道建设。
In this paper, the container flow structures of Shanghai Port from 1985 to 2000 were analyzed, which revealed two stages. Shanghai Port was undergone: the container feeder port and the container hub port. The authors held that the following factors were profound implication on the different stages:the eeonomie policies in region and nation, the economic level of the main hinterland and the international shipping market. At last, a systematic analysis was carried out on the measures on the construction of the SISC.
