Economic Development, Market Mechanism and Government Orientation： Retrospect and Expectation for the Theory of Chinese Government Economic Function since Modern Times

本文运用动态分析方法，将中国政府经济职能理念置于不同经济发展时期、不同历史背景下，进行了长过程的历史考察和理论探讨，分析比较中国与西方发达国家各自演变过程中的差异，以期寻找出封中国现阶段政府经济职能理念转变的启示与借鉴。

This paper discusses the theory of Chinese and western government economy function and reviews with dynamic analytical ways, placing in vary phases of economy development and in different historical background. Through comparing and analyzing different evolvement process on Chinese and western government economy function, it is managed to find out some useful warnings and inspirations for China at present.
