针对山西电网关口电能表的现场校验的实际情况,为了提高管理自动化水平,实现电能量的准确计量、快速统计、科学分析;保证电能交易的公平、公正性;堵塞管理漏洞,提高企业的经济效益,对关口电能表的管理迫切地需要由手动管理方式转变为闭环的自动管理方式。

Aiming at the autual situation about the checkout on the spot of pass power energy meter in Shanxi power grid. This paper do some research to improve the manage automated level, and realize exact measure, fast statistic, and scientific analyse, and ensure the impartiality and equity of the electric power energy business; and jam the manage hole and improve the economic profit. It is urgent for the manage of pass electric power energy meter to change the manage style from manual to automatic closedloop.
