永磁机构与真空灭弧室运动特性的匹配分析 被引量:5

摘要 弹簧机构与真空灭弧室的运动特性分析,极大地促进了配弹簧机构开关设备的发展。永磁机构已问世多年,尽管具有结构简单、体积小、寿命长等优点,但所配开关设备仍存在许多薄弱环节。永磁机构若要取代弹簧机构还有许多路要走。结合项目研发的实际情况,分析开关设备中永磁机构驱动真空灭弧室的运动特性和先天不足,并对灭弧室所希望的永磁机构运动特性作了简要分析,给出一些设计永磁机构的注意事项。 The theories of movement analysis between spring operate mechanism and vacuum interrupter has been become very mature, and also widely promoted the development of switchgear with spring operate mechanism. Permanent magnet actuator has occurred many years, although it has many advantages, i.e. very simple structure, small shape , long life, it still has many shortcomings. It has a lot of wok to do to replace the spring operate mechanism. Based on the facts of developing and researching in factory spot, the paper analyzed the movement characteristics and original disadvantages about switchgear with permanent magnet actuator, so as to making the vacuum interrupt and permanent magnet actuator works well together. At the end, the article shows some experiences and principles on how to design a better permanent magnet actuator.
