摘要 当中小批量轴类零件的生产引入数控车床加工时,由于没有普通车床人工操作的灵活性,切削过程中将会发生打刀、卷屑、等问题,影响加工质量。这样不仅不能发挥数控机床的优势,且严重影响到数控车床的推广使用。在企业推广应用数控车床加工泵轴过程中,通过优化切削用量、灵活运用编程技术、改用机夹式硬质合金可转位刀片等措施,及时解决了上述问题。 In small and medium batch production using numerical control lathe processing, because of lacking operating flexibility by worker using the common lathe, so there are always something happened in the course of cutting, such as striking a knife, rolling up scraps and so on, the processing quality is affected by them. The advantage of numerical control lathe will not be used widely, and it will also affect the mumefical control lathe to be put into use. We have solved the problems above-- mentioned in time in our application and spread the course of numerically controlled which preducte the pump and spindle by optimzing measure such as cutting dosages, the flexiblo application programming technology, adopting machine to grip the dyadic molding lathe tool.
