通过对全球电信市场新牌照发放、运营商并购趋势的分析与研究,提出了中国电信运营商“走出去”的策略及分步实施建议。
This article analyses the situation of global telecommunication licensing and the trends of merger and acquisition among operators, then put forwards some suggestions for Chinese telecommunication operators with regard to the globalization strategies and their implementation.
