摘要
介绍了国内外先进护理模式的实施现状,从护理管理、护理教育、护理理念、护理科研等方面分析我国护理模式存在的问题,并提出了解决对策,阐述了我国护理模式的发展趋势。
It introduced the status quo of carrying out advanced nursing models both in abroad and in China. It analyzed problems existed in nursing models in China from aspects of nursing management, nursing education, nursing ideas and nursing science and research. And it put out some strategies to solve these prob- lems. It expatiated the development tendency of nursing models in China as well.
