摘要
运用使用后评价POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation)研究方法,对中山市岐江公园使用状况进行了初步调查研究。通过观察公园使用者的行为,对公园使用者进行深入访谈,了解岐江公园的使用状况。调查结果表明:岐江公园主要使用者是年轻人;近半数使用者来自公园附近社区,来自不同地区使用者中有明显“距离衰减”现象;使用者在公园的主要活动是健身、锻炼。此次调查可为岐江公园提高服务和管理水平提供理论参考。
Based on the well-developed evaluation technology in the developed countries POE research method, an preliminary investigation of the Qijiang Park in Zhongshan was conducted. The activities of the users were observed and interviewed. The results indicated that the main users of the park were young people. An obvious ＇distance decay＇ phenomenon existed among the users from different places. About half of them are from nearby districts of the park. The main activities of the users are exercise. This investigation can provide a reference for the improvement of service and management of the park.
