摘要
对新疆草地药用植物及有毒有害植物的霜霉菌进行了系统的分类研究。采自新疆天山及平原绿洲的97份草地药用及毒害植物霜霉菌标本,共鉴定出分别寄生于15科36属44种寄主植物上的5属34种霜霉菌,包括2个新种,7个全国新记录种和5个新寄主记录。其中,寄生于26属34种草地药用植物上的霜霉菌5属25种,寄生于10属11种草地毒害植物上的霜霉菌2属10种。从生物多样性的保护和持续利用及生态系统的角度出发,在挖掘我国真菌和植物种类资源的同时,一方面,通过防治霜霉病极大限度地保护和开发利用有用的药用植物资源;另一方面,在生物工程技术快速发展的今天,以探讨病原霜霉菌作为“真菌除草剂”对草地有毒有害杂草的控制。
The downy mildews of medical and poisonous plants in Xinjiang grassland were systematically classified. Ninety-seven specimens collected from Tianshan Mountain and Plain oasis, Xinjiang have been examined. Thirty-four species, 5 genera downy mildews parasitizing on 44 species, 36 genera and 15 families have been identified; and two new species and seven new record species in China and five new hosts record were included among them; and 25 species, 5 genera downy mildews parasitized on 34 species, 26 genera grassland medical plants, 10 species 2 genera on 11 species, 10 genera grassland poisonous plants. Proceeding from the situation of biodiversity protection, sustainable utilization and ecosystem, at the same time of developing fungi and plant resources in China, one, the medical plant resources would be greatly protected and developed by controlling downy mildews, the other, at the present time of bio-engineering technique rapidly developing, to approach downy mildew as mycoherbicide to control grassland poisonous plants.
