摘要
重型载重汽车用发动机的主要零件-卡特曲轴锻件由于结构上的特殊性,在模锻锤上用常规工艺生产有一定困难。这里通过在模锻锤生产此产品出现的质量问题进行综合分析,并根据历年来在锻造工艺方面的研究.制定了新的工艺措施,解决了试制过程中出现的一系列问题。
crankshaft forging part is regarded as a main component for heavy-duty truck engine. Due to its special structure, it's difficult to manufacture this part on a die hammer by means of the conventional manufacturing process. This paper analyzes the quality of the part produced on a die hammer, and formulates a new manufacturing process based on the experiences of the past forging process, which has solved the problems that occurred during trial production.
