甘肃陇东地区大溪河流域亲甲鱼几项繁殖性能的观测

OBSERVATION OF SOME REPRODUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS ABOUT TRIONYX SINENSIS AT DAXI RIVER BASIN, EAST GANSU PROVINCE

对甘肃大溪河流域亲甲鱼的繁殖性能进行了为期３年的观测，结果表明：每年６月上旬至８月中旬，是该地区亲甲鱼的产卵季节；亲甲鱼的产卵力和开产率与个体大小呈强正相关（ｒ＝０．９８１７），与气温和水温的变化无直接相关；受精率较高，达９０％以上，与旬期无关；受精卵孵化率在７３．０％～９９．５％之间。

The reproductive characteristics of T.sinensis had been observed for 3 years at Daxi River basin, east Gansu Province, the results showed T.sinensis spawned in the first ten-day, June and the mid-ten-day, August every year; their spawn ability and the rate of starting to spawn had a strongly positive correlation with the individual body size (r=0.981 7), and no direct correlation with the change of air temperature and water temperature; the fertilization rate was higher and reached above 90%, and no relation with ten-day; The rate of hatchability of fertilized eggs was between 73.0% and 90.9%.
