摘要 目的探讨脑卒中患者急性期心肌酶、QT离散度的变化及意义。方法选择71例脑出血、78例脑梗塞患者和57例健康老年人,分别测定各组心肌酶、QT离散度,并进行比较。结果与对照组相比,脑出血组和脑梗塞组心肌酶显著升高、QT离散度明显延长(p<0.01);脑出血组和脑梗塞组比较,天冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)显著升高(p<0.01),肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、QT离散度(QTd)两组无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论脑卒中急性期心肌酶、QT离散度有显著变化,二者的监测有利于脑卒中病情及心脏受累程度的全面评价,对判断患者的预后有重要意义。 Objective To explore the change and implication of cardiac enzymes and QT dispersion (QTd) in acute stage patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods There were totally 71 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, 78 patients with cerebral infarction and 57 healthy elders were enrolled into this study. Cardiac enzymes and QTd were measured in the groups. Then the groups were compared. Results Cardiac enzymes were significantly higher and QTd were significantly increased in the groups of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction than those in the normal control group (p〈0.01). Aspartase transferase (AST), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine phosphate kinase (CK) were significantly higher in the groups of cerebral hemorrhage than those in group of cere- bral infarction (p〈O.O1). There was no significant difference between the two groups in creatine phosphate kinase isonzyme (CK-MB) and QTd (p〉0.05). Conclusions There is significant change in cardiac enzymes and QTd in acute stage patients with cerebral apoplexy. Monitoring of them is favorable to the estimation of state of illness in patients with cerebral apoplexy and it is important in evaluation of prognosis.
