摘要
2006年全路车辆系统在提升车辆技术装备能力和水平,确保车辆运用安全稳定,运能挖潜提效等方面取得了新成绩;对第六次大提速投入的动车组,在基地建设、维护规章的制定、接车试运行等方面做好了充分的准备工作。2007年全路车辆工作以加快推进和谐铁路建设为指导,确保大提速持续安全,做好安全防范系统“5T”建设和突发事件的应急预案的建立,结合新运行图,挖掘车辆潜力,提高货车单辆载重和运用效率;同时加快推进车辆装备现代化,包括动车组自主开发、货车载重升级换代、提速车辆的可靠性试验和车辆安全防范系统建设和应用等。
In 2006,national railway rolling stock system has made great achievements in enhancing rolling stock equipment level,safe and stable operation of rolling stock,exploiting potential and improving efficiency of transport capacity. In 2007,national railway rolling stock work will be guided by harmonious railway construction,and emphasize on ensuring the safety of the sixth speed-up campaign,ò5Tó system construction,establishment of rapid response to emergency,wagon efficiency improvement,and equipment modernization,including independent research and development of multiple units.
