摘要
随着电力市场改革的进行,发电企业与电网企业已经分开,这样则势必会给电力市场的正常运营带来了一定的风险。为了能够维持电力市场的稳定运行,备用电能市场应运而生。企业双方不但需要在主电能市场进行交易,同时也会在备用电能市场进行电能交易。企业双方在进行交易的时候,其目的都是为了能够实现自身利益的最大化,但是如果双方在这一目的下进行交易,则会影响对方利益的实现,这样就会使交易不一定能够进行下去,只有在一定条件下能够使双方的利益均实现最大化,才能使交易正常稳定的进行下去。这也就是此模型中所说的双方的利益均衡。这一模型研究的就是在这一基础上利用多目标规划进行的,研究双方在进行交易时应如何调配两个市场的电能容量才能够使双方的利益均达到最大化。
With the reform of electrical market, the power enterprises and grid corporations have already been separated, in that way risks will take place during the normal operation of the power market. Reserve market appeared to maintain the system. The two enterprises must bargain not only in main electrical market, but also in the spare market. When they conduct transaction, they both want to achive the maximum profit of their own, but, it may influence the profit of the other one. No other than to a certainty conditions, it could make the two enterprises both gain the most profit, and it also could bargain in a steady way. This bring forward the balanced behalf appeared in the model. This re- search is based on that situation and using the programming of multi-objective, and this article studies how to distribute the energy in the two markets to make the both parties achieve the benefit maximization.
