摘要 炎症性肠病(IBD)发病机制复杂,近年来多项研究显示,相关基因的多态性在IBD发病中起重要作用,本文对其中主要基因与IBD的关系作一综述。 The mechanism of inflammatory bowel diseases （IBD） is complex. Current studies show that gene polymorphism plays an important role in the onset of IBD. This paper introduces the relationship between some main genes and IBD.
